Vista Pro Exterior Cleaning 2024 Year In Review
As 2024 comes to a close, we at Vista Pro Exterior Cleaning can’t help but look back with pride and gratitude. This year has been full of incredible transformations, from weathered homes regaining their curb appeal to businesses shining brighter than ever. None of this would have been possible without the trust and support of our amazing clients here in Port Washington and beyond.
Our mission has always been to make your properties look their best, and 2024 was no exception. Throughout the year, we tackled everything from spring’s post-winter grime to summer’s busy schedules and fall’s seasonal preparations. Every project had its unique challenges, but the results speak for themselves.
Join us as we take a year in review for 2024, season by season. From stunning before-and-after transformations to some of our proudest moments, this is a celebration of the work we’ve accomplished together.
Seasonal Sections
Spring 2024
As soon as March hit, we basically hit the ground running and never slowed the down. The weather was really cooperative pretty much everyday. We love working and washing in the rain and we had an exceptionally wet Spring, but also most of the rain seemed to hit overnight. Lightning and wind can usually slow us down and cause rescheduling, but luckily we did not have to deal with that much at all this spring.
Early spring typically brings a lot of commercial pressure washing and this year was no different. We started off by cleaning some condos in Port Washington really close to our shop.
We do a lot of work for Kohler on various properties and they had us clean the whole underground parking garage and exterior concrete of the American Club. It’s such an honor cleaning such a historical and beautiful property and we are thankful they chose to work with us.
Outside in the front is a lot of concrete and blue stone. The underground garage is over 100,000 sf and took multiple days to complete. Stopping off at Parker John’s when this was all wrapped up and finished was a must!
On the residential side, we were extremely busy and had two full crews working nonstop. Below are some highlighted jobs we did. Notice the lannon stone house with the red algae. That is not something we see everyday! The two pictures in the middle were from a front porch we cleaned on Lake Michigan in Belgium. This flagstone patio looked completely brand new after it was cleaned and the owners were beyond thrilled. Finally, the last picture is the front of the house that had a lot of rust from the weep holes bleeding out.
Summer 2024
Summer is always a busy season for Vista Pro Exterior Cleaning. While things may slow down just a bit as families focus on vacations and gearing up for back-to-school, it’s still a really busy time of the year and high on people’s minds.
One job we really enjoyed cleaning was this lannon stone house in Bayside. A lot of times these chimneys can be difficult to clean due to the height and the need for a stronger chemical mix. Extra care and caution is needed. As you can see this turned out great!
Another house that we really enjoyed restoring was this vinyl sided house in Port Washington. We cleaned the siding, driveway, and concrete patios.
Having the homeowner personally email us after they came home from work to tell us how great of a job we did really is one of the joys of our job.
Below are some other jobs we feel that turned out great. Sometimes the lighting does not work out on before and afters and even though the job turned out amazing, it can be hard to recapture with photos.
Below is another chimney we cleaned in Wauwatosa that turned out wonderful, a house in Grafton where we cleaned the siding and all of the concrete, and a house in Slinger that had all of the algae removed on the siding. This house in Grafton had aluminum siding and had very extensive mold. This can be a challenge to clean because any amount of pressure can do damage to aluminum siding. The proper way to clean is to treat with low pressure and chemicals. The longer it sits on the siding the harder it is to remove and this one was no exception.
Fall 2024
Fall is typically a very busy time for Vista Pro due to everyone trying to get everything wrapped up by winter and this year was no different. We were extremely busy on both the commercial and residential side and worked nonstop up until the first couple freezes.
We will work up until the cold freezing nights are consistent and then at that point we put the trucks away for the winter and have everything winterized to protect the equipment.
One job we really enjoyed restoring as a crew was this very large house on the shores of Pine Lake in Hartland. We washed the house and roof and finished it off by cleaning the exterior windows.
The two pictures below are from an underground garage we did in downtown Milwaukee. It had been a while since they had it cleaned and look at the results!
Below are some various jobs we cleaned in the fall that turned out fantastic. We washed a TPO roof and a huge stucco mansion in Elm Grove that really popped after we were finished. Notice the brick patio we washed in Port Washington. Imagine coming home to that!
One of the last jobs of the year was this roof in Glendale. We purposely cleaned half of the roof just to show how dramatic it can look after it has been cleaned. This is one of the best photos all year!
2024 Year In Review Conclusion
As we wrap up another incredible year at Vista Pro Exterior Cleaning, we’re proud to reflect on all we’ve accomplished in 2024. One milestone we’re especially excited about is reaching nearly 300 Google reviews—all with a perfect 5-star rating! This achievement is a testament to the trust and satisfaction of our customer in the greater Milwaukee and Sheboygan areas, and we couldn’t be more grateful for your continued support.
Looking ahead, we’re gearing up for another banner year in 2025. Our goal is to surpass 350 reviews by the end of the season while continuing to provide the top-notch service our customers have come to expect.
