Pressure Washing A Beautiful Cape Cod Just North of Milwaukee
A couple of weeks ago we cleaned this incredible cape cod. This is a ways down the road from our shop just off Highway 32 in Fox Point. We were asked to wash the roof, the house, the chimney, and clean the patios in the front and back yard.
The north side of the roof had gleocapsa magma, a bacteria that looks like black streaks, and we successfully treated it with low pressure.
The siding was Hardie board and lannon stone, which also required low pressure due to the paint. What really stood out after cleaning this house was the white trim, soffits, and fascia. A good cleaning on white trim can really make a house look amazing afterwards, as you can see in the photo below.
Cleaning A Bluestone Patio
The patio in the back and along the front is bluestone. As we were cleaning, you can really see the color coming out. This patio is ready for summer!
This was a really fun job; unfortunately the lighting was not the greatest but you can see the roof now looks brand new, the chimney cleaned up well, and the house wash really stands out with the white trim. If you’re in the Fox Point or nearby area, give us a call. We can have your property looking beautiful again and we treat each house as it were our own.
